The Western USA Lieutenancy promotes the spiritual component required to be a Knight or Lady by reserving the first Monday of every month as a day of fasting, gathering together in the evening to pray the Rosary. Groups are formed locally in each Area (Diocese) and hosted by members who rotate responsibilities. Members and nominees are encouraged to join these very special local groups.
